Gathering, processing and transporting technology for associated gas from Vietsovpetro’s oil and gas fields in Block 09-1
Abstract
Vietsovpetro Joint Venture started gathering and transporting associated gas ashore in mid-1995. By 31 December 2019, Vietsovpetro had gathered, processed and supplied more than 35 billion m3 of gas, of which more than 22 billion m3 coming from the oil and gas fields in Block 09-1. The paper introduces the formation of the gathering, processing and transportation system for associated gas at Vietsovpetro's fields in Block 09-1 and the engineering solutions to transport associated gas ashore.
