Enterprise risk management model according to international practices
Abstract
Effective risk management helps firms monitor and minimise the negative impacts of risks through timely implementation of planned risk responses. However, in Vietnam, there is a lack of regulations, guidelines and tools to support firms in properly establishing risk management system. This paper analyses the need for risk management and discusses enterprise risk management models according to good practices that are being applied worldwide.
