Paraffin crude oil transport solutions and construction design for developing offshore marginal oil and gas fields, Block 09-1
Abstract
The Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture "Vietsovpetro" has conducted several solutions for paraffin crude transportation through long- distance pipeline and self-studied for designing and constructing fields with small recoverable reserve at lowest possible cost to put them into production.
In this paper, technological solutions for oil transportation from tie-in oil fields will be presented to analyse possibly applicable methods.
Moreover, the field design and construction are also delivered to bring the marginal and small oil and gas discoveries of Block 09-1 into exploitation, making full use of the natural resources for the country.
